In August, the chapter welcomed two new members: Staff Sgt. Brian Hong, USA, 5th Signal Command (Theater), and Spc. Daniel Justice, USA, 5th Signal Command (Theater). In June, the Network Enterprise Technology Command/9th Signal Command (Army) named Sgt. Hong the 2009 Noncommissioned Officer of the Year. Spc. Justice was named the 2009 Soldier of the Year. |
