The Seoul Chapter's luncheon held in July commenced with a brief presentation by the featured speaker, Mr. Steve Ewart, Director of Government Solutions, Communications Supply Corporation. Following the presentation, Chapter President Col Greg Edwards (Air Force) gave special recognition to the chapter's newest corporate sponsor, Korea Telecom (KT), represented by Ms Hoo Sun Lee, Vice President of Operations. Col Edwards also welcomed TELUS International Korea who has recently partnered with KT PowerTel to offer Blackberry services on the peninsula. At the conclusion of the meeting, Col Edwards affirmed that the chapter is staying attuned to its goals. He briefly spoke about the chapter's recent awards submissions, upcoming elections for the Board of Directors positions, and future chapter events. He presented a lifetime membership award to Mr Stephen E. Brown, BAE Systems Information Technology, and thanked the featured speaker and all the corporate sponsors for their support.
