Captain Emphasizes C4ISRs Role in Naval Operations |
At the chapter's December meeting, Capt. Bill Reuter, USN, executive officer, Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, served as the keynote speaker. He discussed the important role command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) plays in naval operations and the ongoing effort to improve the C4ISR infrastructure. |
