Coast Guard Graduate Recognized |
In May, the chapter presented an annual AFCEA International award to a graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. This year's award went to Cadet Stephen Hills. He majored in electrical engineering. The ceremony and graduation were conducted despite loss of electrical power and phone service. |
