Text Expo Showcases Products

In March, the chapter hosted the 2011 Hill Air Force Base Technology Exposition. Thirty-three industry partners showcased their products and unique services during this year's event. Their participation was key to the cross flow of information between government and industry. More than 350 participants attended the exposition to explore how advances in today's technology can make the workplace more efficient and cost effective. In addition, the chapter held its quarterly member's luncheon at Club Hill. Barton Clements, director of the 75th Air Base Wing Communications Directorate and deputy chief information officer for the Ogden Air Logistics Center, served as the guest speaker. Clements delivered an address on the changes affecting the communications community as well as his vision for communicating associated challenges to customers.
