Chapter Welcomes Headquarters Staff

In April, the chapter received a visit from AFCEA International leadership, including Kent Schneider, president and chief executive officer; Lt. Gen. John A. Dubia, USA (Ret.), executive vice president; and Kathleen Helm, senior director of service center operations. During their trip, they visited Tesacom, a sponsor of AFCEA International, and met with the chapter's board of directors in the Headquarters Military Circle, Buenos Aires. During that meeting, Schneider presented an award from the AFCEA Educational Foundation to Juan C. Fondevila Sancet, regional vice president for South America. In addition, they attended the closing of the Radio Propagation Conference, which took place at the Argentine Army University in Buenos Aires. Finally, the members of AFCEA came together for dinner with several companies and chapter board officers.
