Contest Rewards Writing Skills |
The chapter presented awards for professional writing and research at the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island, in June. Lt. Col. Francisco DeCarvalho, USA, received the first prize in the Information Operations category. He is assigned to the 8th Army Headquarters in Yongsan, Korea, where he will be the director of civil military operations and information operations (G-9/G-7). The chapter awarded first prize for the General C4ISR category to Lt. Cmdr. Elisha Burleson, USN, and Maj. David Violand, USA, received an honorable mention. |
