Military Members Honored for Essays |
The chapter presented its essay awards at the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island, in June. Lt. Col. Francisco DeCarvalho, USA, received first prize in the Information Operation Category. Lt. Cmdr. Elisha Burleson, USN, won the General C4ISR Category, and Maj. David Violand, USA, received honorable mention. Col. DeCarvahlo's next duty is as the director of civil military operations and information operations (G-9/G-7) at the 8th Army Headquarters in Yong San, Korea. |
