General Reports on JFCOM Disestablishment |
In August, the chapter heard from Brig. Gen. Robert Yates, USAF, former director for operations, plans, logistics and engineering, U.S. Joint Forces Command (JFCOM), Norfolk, Virginia. He updated attendees on the disestablishment of JFCOM and his transition to the Joint Staff J-3 Conventional Forces joint force coordinator. He explained how all forces and service components currently assigned to JFCOM will revert back to their respective military departments. |
