Agreement Expands Speaker Opportunities

During the chapter's board meeting in September, it signed a partnership agreement with Microsoft. The agreement foresees that the company provides skilled human resources professionals to lecture on issues related to the development of communications, electronics and information systems. Eduardo Seco, director of the public sector at Microsoft, represented the company and signed the aforementioned agreement with Rear Adm. Emilio Nigoul, ARA (Ret.), chapter president, and Juan Carlos Fondevila Sancet, regional vice president for South America.
