Conference on Information Technology Crisis

In November, the chapter sponsored a conference at the Army University in Buenos Aires titled “ICTs in Crisis.” Maj. Gen. Herberto Robinson, EA (Ret.), former chapter president, served as the guest speaker and addressed 35 attendees. The topics included: nature, dimension and effects; information and communication technologies (ICTs) skills and abilities; and support for strategic systems, emergencies and defense efforts.
