In October, the newly formed chapter held its inaugural speaker luncheon at the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center in Carlisle Pennsylvania. The chapter hosted Mark Orndorff, director, Program Executive Office for Information Assurance and NetOps, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Orndorff—native to the South Central Pennsylvania area—spoke on the information assurance future within DISA and focused on the important collaboration opportunities within the local cyber community. During the luncheon, Bill Keely, director of field security operations (FSOs), DISA, presented coins to the former FSO's present at the luncheon. Jack Williams was the first FSO director, followed by Dave Hughes, Orndorff and the present director, Keely.
