Donation Supports Student UAV Teams

In February, Brig. Gen. Peter Gersten, USAF, headquarters, Air Combat Command/A-5, took the opportunity to greet students, leaders and chaperones from local high school unmanned aerial vehicle teams (AERO Services, Zenith Challenge Project and Synergy Hampton Roads).

The chapter provided $1,000 each to two local high school unmanned aerial vehicle teams in February. The donations will pay for materials and help with contest entry fees.
