Speaker Describes Economic Strategy

At its February luncheon, the chapter continued its streak of world-renowned guest speakers with Jonathan Galaviz, the managing director of Galaviz & Company, a strategy and economic research consultancy that focuses on creating success for its clients in Asia in government relations and regulatory analysis. Galaviz holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford, England, and has appeared as analyst for BBC, CNBC, Bloomberg TV, the Associated Press, the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the International Herald Tribune, Straits-Times of Singapore and Macau Daily Times. Leveraging his experiences as a strategic adviser to Fortune 500 companies and governments on international business development, capital markets and leisure sector economic analysis, Galaviz counseled chapter members on future national security challenges and opportunities in the new global economy.
