Cooperation Confirmed with Czech Defense University

In April, Josef Strelec, chapter president, and Col. Bohuslav Přikryl, CZA, rector of the Defense University in Brno, Czech Republic, confirmed a long-term cooperation between Defense University and AFCEA and signed a new memorandum of understanding. The memorandum defines future cooperation between chapter and the university sharing information and professional experience in field of command, control, communications, computers and intelligence, crisis management, and cybersecurity and defense. The memorandum signing coincided with the inauguration of a new student club at the university made up of six students. It is the second club in the Czech Republic, and the fifth student club in Europe.
