Geostationary Satellite System Argentine Telecommunications

In May, the chapter sponsored a conference at the Argentina Army University in Buenos Aires. There were 45 attendees. Eng. Miguel Pesado, director of ArSat, was the speaker. The conference focused on issues related to satellite telecommunications Argentine Arsat-1, the first of a series of three, which will be manufactured entirely in Argentina for years, being executed by INVAP technicians, with monitoring and support staff from Arsat companies and Thales Alenia Space.
