Chapter Supports Marine Corps Toys for Tots

Pete Copeland, assistant chief of staff G-6, Marine Corps Installations West (MCI-West) and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, was the guest speaker for the December luncheon. Copeland provided a presentation on the organizational structure and mission responsibilities of the G-6. He also spoke about the many military construction projects aboard the base and the associated telecommunications requirements. Gunnery Sgt. Matthew Klepsa, USMC, and Staff Sgt. John Farrell, USMC, of the 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, representing the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots, spoke about the 2013 Toys for Tots drive. The luncheon raised $840 in toys and cash.
