Chapter Presents Joint Koblenz IT Symposium

The German Armament Office and AFCEA Bonn e.V. presented their Joint Koblenz IT Symposium for the 10th time in September. This year's topic was "From Sensor to Shooter: How Interoperable Is It?" More than 300 participants discussed and listened to experts from the armed forces, industry and academia. The Koblenz IT Symposium has become a tradition with innovative elements, said Maj. Gen. Erich Staudacher, GEAF, chapter president. Challenges of interoperability among systems and international collaboration were among the main issues of the day. International experts and guests are part of the Koblenz IT Symposium, which has become a major event for federal forces in Germany over the years.
