Chapter Gives $40,000 in STEM Awards to Students and Teachers |
In May, the chapter distributed more than $40,000 in scholarships and Teaching Tool awards during a luncheon. Students pursuing science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) degrees received scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $3,000. Industry partners ANDRO Computational Solutions, Black River Systems, General Dynamics, Radiance Technologies and SRC donated $12,000 to the scholarship program. |
