Chapter Awards $23,000 in STEM Scholarships |
The chapter distributed $23,000 to graduating seniors from both Ramstein and Kaiserslautern high schools in Kaiserslautern, Germany, who will be pursuing science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) degrees. The accomplishments of these students were reflected in their GPAs, school club participation, volunteer work and after-school activities. Scholarship recipients include Melanie Hughes ($6,000); Anna Langholz ($6,000); Bradley Lemon ($3,500); Lacey Peace ($3,500); and Ivy Griffin, Brett Smith, Antonio Ortiz and Michael Jiminez ($1,000 each). |
