Coast Guard Speaker Addresses Chapter

The chapter held its November luncheon and featured speaker Capt. Scott A. Beauregard, USCG, commanding officer, Command, Control and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN). It also celebrated the Marine Corps' 240th birthday.
