Chapter Members Attend Professional Development Event

In October, the chapter networked with Army Signal Community members at an “Orange Call" session hosted by the U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pflaz S-6 office. More than 100 Signal soldiers and civilians in the region attended to discuss transitional and professional development topics of interest. Col. Jimmy Hall, USA, commander, 5th Signal Command, Europe G-6, delivered the keynote address. Col. Hall discussed developments in the area of information technology and cybersecurity as well as the ongoing G2/3/6 integration. Breakout sessions focused on civilian, officer and enlisted professional development and career progression topics. The chapter set up an information table to inform the Army Signal professionals about the benefits of membership.
