Chapter Presents STEM Grant to Gulfport High School

In August, Gulfport High School's Clint Brawley was presented the Gravely Grant for the 2015-2016 academic year. The school's engineering and robotics department plans to use the grant towards its underwater marine advanced technology education (MATE) program start-up. The MATE program uses underwater remote operated vehicle design, fabrication and programming to strengthen the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) skills of its members.
