The chapter arranged an evening seminar in Stockholm, Sweden in September titled "How should authorities manage cybersecurity in the future in order to counter the rapid development in IT?" The two speakers, Patrik Nilsson from Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Hans Danielsson from Combitech, gave their view on this intricate subject. The moderator Lars Hedstrým from the Swedish Defence University facilitated the lively debate. More than 60 people participated at the event and cybersecurity issues ranging all the way from protection of critical infrastructure to defense applications were covered. The common theme that kept surfacing throughout the evening was the need for a closer and more open cooperation between the different stakeholders. |
