9 Local STEM Teachers Receive Chapter Grants

The chapter assembled in January to present worthy recipients teaching grants. Nine teachers from the Central Savannah River School District received science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) Teaching Tool grants. The grants are provided to assist teachers with purchasing equipment for experiments and other classroom activities.
