Midshipman Receives Scholarship from Medal of Honor Foundation |
In September, the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation and AFCEA presented a $4,000 scholarship to Midshipman Bradley William Reber of Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Midshipman Reber was one of four recipients across the country that received the scholarship. |
