Intelligence Carry-on Program Demonstrated to Members

At the November evening social, members of the chapter received a demonstration of the Intelligence Carry-on Program (ICOP) by SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific. This remarkable tool-set provides intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) and targeting support to Navy and Marine Corp personnel while deployed. Capt. Mel Yokoyama, USN, commanding officer, SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific, addressed the participants and noted the need to "increase coalition readiness by making the complex simple-easy to use, easy to learn, easy to maintain and easy to train." Members enjoyed the social following the presentation.
