ROTC Honor Awarded at Chapter Event

In April, Cadet Capt. Rayanna Shirley, cadet wing deputy protocol officer, Air Force ROTC, Detachment 470, University of Nebraska, Omaha, Nebraska was the recipient of the AFCEA ROTC Honor Award, which is designed to recognize ROTC cadet and midshipman achievement in leadership and academics. The award goes to juniors preparing to enter their senior year who are majoring in an appropriate technical discipline. Recipients of the ROTC Honor Award are selected by their professors of military science or Naval science or aerospace studies.
