Coalition Communication in the Military |
The U.S. Forces Japan Director of C4 Systems, Capt. Sandra Buckles (USN), joined the chapter for the April 2007 luncheon. Speaking at the monthly meeting, Capt. Buckles discussed various aspects of command, control, communications and computers, and she elaborated on the importance of being able to communicate with coalition partners and contractors that support the military. |
