The chapter's October luncheon featured guest speaker Staff Sgt. David Hill, USA. Hill enlisted in the U.S. Army August 2001 and graduated basic combat at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. He currently serves as the Operations Company 1st Sergeant Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. His combat deployment includes Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003 to 2004 and 2005 to 2006; Operation Enduring Freedom 2009 to 2010; Operation New Dawn and Operation Inherent Resolve. Hill discussed the importance and basic necessity of working well together. It is important to know your staff and coworkers. It is also crucial to understand their personalities, their motivation to be productive, and even their personal lives to determine what is affecting their level of work. Sgt.
