In April, the chapter announced its loaded events calendar to its membership. The chapter has planned events supporting education and scholarship for the Wright Patterson Air Force Base community and the southwestern Ohio region. The chapter membership currently boasts over 430 members.
Chapter President Yvonne Vermillion announced an exciting summer of events, including educational luncheons, golf scholarship outings and technical continuing education events.
The April luncheon featured speaker was Col. Eric Felt, USAF. Also, the chapter sponsored a community networking event at Wandering Griffin in Beavercreek, Ohio, featuring speaker Col. Michael Phillips, USAF. May will highlight a Small Business Panel led by Luke Schultz and spotlighting a smart guide coming out for U.S. Air Force Business Enterprise Systems. Registration for the Casino Night is open and supported by great sponsorship providing funds for the chapter's educational scholarships. The summer golf outing will be published and open for registrations. The event will be held at the Beavercreek Country Club on September 12. The Presenting Sponsor is Tetra Tech and the Happy Hour Sponsor is Service Now. Assured Autonomy is running an academic conference the last week of July.
