Emerging Leaders Cycle 4 STEM

Each summer, the chapter hosts a three-day cycling ride from Bonn to Kaiserslautern along the Rhein River. This year marked the 11th annual Cycle 4 STEM (C4S) charity ride. The chapter's Emerging Leaders committee worked throughout the year to train, organize several fundraisers and engage the community in support of local U.S. Department of Defense schools. The funds raised are used to support international competitions, robotics, scholarships and grants.

This year's team consisted of five riders who raised over $12,400 and completed 229 kilometers (or 142.3 miles) on some of the hottest days of this summer.

Planning for the 2025 ride has already begun, and the chapter is looking forward to another fun and challenging event.
