DHA Program Manager Discusses Military Health Strategic Environment

The chapter hosted Ralph Franco, information technology infrastructure program manager, Defense Health Agency (DHA), during the August luncheon. Franco discussed the military health strategic environment in depth, providing those in attendance with a detailed understanding of several initiatives and upcoming opportunities to collaborate with the DHA.
