In March the chapter awarded a science fair prize of a $100 savings bond to Andrew Rushadoff, a freshman from Niceville High School. Rushadoff created a project called "Floating on Air" to compete in the Senior Engineering Division. He created a hover board propelled by a leaf blower, on which he was able to stand and travel. The chapter was pleased to have the opportunity to reward and encourage him to continue his studies.
