Graduate Garners Awards

The guest speaker at the April meeting was Lt. Col. David J. Pohlen, USAF, commanding officer, Air Force ROTC Detachment 750. Chapter president Tom Rachfalski presented an AFCEA honor award to Cadet Graeme R. Williams, Air Force ROTC, in recognition of his outstanding academic record and excellent leadership skills. The presentation was made during the change of command ceremony at ROTC Detachment 750, located at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Cadet Williams, a junior at the University of Pennsylvania majoring in engineering, received the honor award certificate and a ribbon bar, as well an AFCEA membership.
