Chapter Awards Scholarships to DoD School Students

In May, the chapter awarded $2,000 scholarships to 10 high school seniors from Department of Defense Dependents Schools, including Yokota High School-Yokota Air Base, Camp Zama High School-Camp Zama Army Base, and Yokosuka High School-Yokosuka Naval Base. Capt. Sandra Buckles, USN, chapter president, presented the scholarships. She noted, "We are proud to give back to our community and help the young men and women reach their goals."
