In January, the chapter held a planning meeting that was hosted by Louis Francis at the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation in Providence, Rhode Island. On behalf of Natelli Systems, Guy Natelli was welcomed as a new corporate member. Joe Ducas was elected chapter president, and Chris Willard, TEKsystems, was elected vice president for communications. Willard created the chapter's new Web site, http://afcea-ct-ri.org. The chapter planned for future meetings to be held at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center and the Surface Warfare Officers School in Newport, Rhode Island. |
