Defense Industry Organizations Event Focuses on Coalition Warfighters |
In January, the chapter co-hosted the 9th Annual Team Orlando Defense Breakfast Forum with members from the Central Florida Combined Professional Associations Group (CPAG). The forum is sponsored by the Orlando Area Defense Professional Associations, of which the chapter is a member. The forum featured such guest speakers as Col. Ken Wheeler, USA, Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation; Capt. Bill Reuter, USN, commander, Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division; Col. Frank Kelley, USMC, program manager, Training Systems; and Col. James Dennis, USAF, commander, Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation. Fred Eisele, AFCEA chapter vice president for programs and CPAG council chair, provided the opening remarks. Jerry Stahl, chair of the AFCEA chapter advisory board, served as moderator. The event's theme was distributed and integrated training for the coalition warfighter. |
