Amy M. Fadida serves as the vice chair of AFCEA International’s Board of Directors. A longtime AFCEA supporter spanning more than three decades of association membership, involvement and leadership, Ms. Fadida is a seasoned executive and strategic adviser in the telecommunications and information technology sectors, supporting government and commercial organizations. She brings a proven track record in driving organizational growth, operational excellence and market expansion across highly competitive and rapidly evolving industries.
Ms. Fadida is the president and CEO of A.M. Fadida Consulting, a firm she founded in 1997 to provide strategic guidance to systems integrators, telecommunications providers and IT professional services companies serving the U.S. government. Under her leadership, the firm advises clients on business development, capture management, sales and marketing strategy, organizational effectiveness and strategic partnerships—helping organizations position for sustained growth and improved performance.
Throughout her career, Ms. Fadida has held senior executive roles with leading technology and professional services organizations. She previously served as chief marketing officer and senior vice president for Corporate Business Development at VIACK Corporation, where she led enterprise-wide growth initiatives, including strategic planning, market expansion, product development and corporate communications. Earlier, she held senior leadership roles such as senior vice president of Business Development at DigitalNet and executive positions with Perot Systems Government Services, where she was responsible for driving revenue growth, managing large-scale capture efforts, and expanding client portfolios within the federal market.
Ms. Fadida began her career in the telecommunications industry, holding progressively responsible roles in customer service, technical consulting, sales, marketing and general management with organizations including AT&T and Lucent Technologies. Her extensive expertise spans business development, strategic alliances, proposal and contract management, corporate operations and advanced technology solutions such as secure collaboration and networked communications.
In addition to her executive leadership, Ms. Fadida is an active contributor to the technology and government contracting community. She has served in leadership and advisory capacities with organizations such as AFCEA International and the Washington, D.C. Technology Council, supporting initiatives that advance innovation and collaboration across the public and private sectors. Reflecting the high caliber of her contributions, she was honored with the Federal 100 Award in 1995, the AFCEA Chairman's Superior Performance Award in 2017 and the ITPA NCC Diana Gowen Industry Partner Award in 2023-2024.
