Chief Warrant Officer Three (CWO3) Crystal F. Thomas, a native of Warner Robins, Georgia, enlisted in the United States Navy in June 2001. Throughout her career, she has been assigned to eight afloat and shore commands, where she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical expertise.
CWO3 Thomas earned a Master of Business Administration in Information Security Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management and an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts. She is qualified as an Information Warfare Officer and holds Information Professional (IP) Basic and Intermediate qualifications.
