GySgt Larkin’s exceptional leadership, innovative mindset and unparalleled technical expertise were instrumental in the advancement of cyberspace operations with a global impact.
GySgt Larkin was responsible for leading digital forensics analysis of Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) capabilities. Based on his defensive cyber background and forensic knowledge, he dedicated 369 man-hours to document Tactics, Techniques and Procedures that are used throughout the SOF enterprise.
Additionally, he identified deficiencies within the Counter Forensics methodology and created doctrine to establish new approaches to evaluate OCO capabilities in a secure, reliable and agile fashion.
As a Liaison Officer (LNO), GySgt Larkin was responsible for the delivery and deployment of $62 million of OCO capabilities used by multiple SOF units across 10 geographic locations. GySgt Larkin led, managed and executed cyber operations paradigms from conceptual design through technology development, system integration, testing and deployment while interfacing with interagency partners.
