A pivotal achievement is his creation of DECKPLATE, a next-generation tracking tool that delivers real-time, multi-source fidelity on adversary units at speed and scale. Identifying critical gaps in legacy systems, LT Psichas engineered DECKPLATE to fuse multi-discipline intelligence and accelerate targeting timelines while preserving analytic rigor. He further engineered AI-driven tools to automatically synthesize and prioritize incoming data, eliminating a critical intelligence bottleneck. To forge a unified operational picture, he spearheaded a multi-domain Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) that significantly enhances fleet situational awareness.
