Lieutenant Potente is a distinguished cyber warrior and exceptional leader whose significant contributions to operational readiness and cybersecurity have ensured repeated mission success. As Cyber Officer, his technical acumen was immediately evident.In a single month, he nearly doubled network scan integrity scores from 48% to 90% and drastically reduced vulnerability-per-host scans from 11.7 to 4.8. His efforts in remediating four critical fleet cyber vulnerabilities and resolving a major fleet-wide IP latency issue impacting numerous warships, including three aircraft carriers, earned him consistent "Noteworthy" recognition for outstanding cyber hygiene.
