The U.S. Army’s Cisco Global Enterprise Modernization Software and Services (GEMSS) Voice and Video Enterprise Agreement is an Army-approved, secure and cost-effective solution that includes both calling and meeting functions; is interoperable with Avaya, Microsoft and other enterprise systems; and includes Cisco 24/7 technical assistance.
GEMSS provides Cisco Unified Communications applications based on established industry standards. That means UC is compatible with Microsoft Office 365 (O365) with no additional cost, simplifying voice calls and video teleconferencing (VTC).
