Annual Aviation and Avionics Seminar Held

Electronic Valley, the premier Web portal for electronics sectors in Turkey, organized that TAI 6th Aviation and Avionics Systems Seminar and Exposition with support from the chapter and several other organizations. Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) was the main sponsor of the event held in May at the Middle East Technical University Convention Center in Ankara, Turkey. The purpose of the seminar was to bring key players from the government, military, industry and academia together. Its goal was to accelerate the development of the avionics and aerospace sectors in Turkey by creating synergy among the related domestic and international organizations. More than 500 people attended the event. Most of the participants were members of the Turkish aviation and avionics sectors. During the seminar, many participants visited the chapter's exhibit hall booth, and the chapter provided a presentation to promote AFCEA International.
