International Cyber Warfare and Security Conference

The International Cyber Warfare and Security Conference in November was organized under the auspices of the Undersecretariat for Defense Industries of the Ministry of National Defense at the Sheraton Hotel in Ankara, Turkey. The main goal of the conference was to address the key concerns in cyberspace. The event provided an opportunity to discover the emerging challenges and solutions with key experts. This conference gathered 450 participants covering military delegations, cyberdefense officials, academia, industry representatives and cyber experts from Turkey, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Italy, Finland, Hungary, Albania, Azerbaijan and South Korea. The conference covered emerging threats and challenges; the policy of leading cybernations; legal aspects; industrial perspective; new trends, developments, technologies and solutions; the next generation of cyber attacks in the field of cyberwarfare; and security. On the other hand, business-to-business meetings between Turkish and international companies were held on the second day of the conference. The event also featured tabletop exhibitions by sponsor companies and organizations.
