CENTRAL MARYLAND CHAPTER CHAPTER - Aug 13, 2014

Chapter Camden Yards Night

The chapter, Army active duty members, wounded warriors and their families celebrated the 239th anniversary of the U.S. Army with a trip to Camden Yards to watch the Baltimore Orioles in August. A group of 450 chapter members, military and family members joined in on the festivities. Thank you to the chapter for donating more than 100 tickets to share this event with military and family members. On this very special occasion, Col. John Petkosek, USA, commander for the Asymmetric Warfare Group, threw the ceremonial first pitch. The Asymmetric Warfare Group is a U.S. Army special mission unit headquartered at Fort Meade, Maryland, and created to mitigate various threats with regard to asymmetric warfare. The chapter would like to thank corporate sponsors SW Complete, CDG Advantage, and Nteligen for donating their tickets back to the chapter to give to wound warriors, active duty members and their families. These donations truly made it a special night for everyone attending.
