Officers Elected at General Board Meeting
The 25th general board meeting of the chapter was held in January at Aselsan Incorporated facilities in Ankara, Turkey. During the opening ceremony, Col. I. Bora Buyukoner, TUA (Ret.), chapter president, presented 10, 15, 20 and 25 year membership pins to the eligible members by congratulating all of them. At the meeting, the chapter discussed and unanimously accepted the Chapter Annual Report for 2014 and Chapter Activity Plan and budget for 2015. In addition, members of the chapter's board of directors for 2015 were unanimously elected and installed by members of the committee.
Chapter officers for the year 2015 are: Col. I. Bora Buyukoner, TUA (Ret.),chapter president; Capt. Kamil Zafer Selcuk, TUN(Ret.), chapter secretary; Erdinc Oguz, vice president for activities and events and treasurer; Esra Erkan, vice president for members and chapter services; and M.Yasar Ercan, vice president for promotion and Young AFCEAN adviser. Members of the chapter's Board of Auditors are: Y. Suat Bengýr, Zafer Dokuzoglu and Col. Erdogan Ezbiderli, TUA (Ret.).
