Formal Dinner Marks Chapter's 30th Anniversary

The chapter held a formal dinner in February at the restaurant of the Order of Engineers in Lisbon, Portugal, to celebrate its 30th anniversary. Sixty guests representing the chapter's governing bodies, including committees, Young AFCEANs, Women in AFCEA and Student Clubs, attended. During the dinner, a protocol of cooperation was signed between the chapter and the engineers association, one of the most ancient and prestigious groups in Portugal. Also present were representatives of the military, academia, industry, AFCEA International and NATO.
