Chapter Hosts Annual Golf Tournament to Benefit STEM |
In November, the chapter hosted their annual golf tournament, which was a huge success. The event took place at the Bloomingdale Golfers Club in Valrico, Florida, and included 20 sponsors and 108 golfers overall. The event featured drones, a ball cannon, a Humvee Experience, bocce golf and over $1 million in potential prizes, etc. The chapter also had honorary players such as Jack L. Tilly, 12th Sergeant Major of the Army (Ret.), and Norberto Cintron, U.S. Special Operations Command (Ret.). Auction items featured Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Lightning gear, hotel and golf outings, a 50-inch television, Yeti and Cabela coolers, a Horse Soldier Bourbon collection donated by Capt. Mark Nutsch, Green Beret, and much more. |
